Payment: We accept payments through Lloyds Bank Cardnet via the Ecwid platform, PayPal, and Stripe. By proceeding with your purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.
Lloyds Bank Cardnet: Payments processed through Cardnet will be handled securely, and your CV2 number will be collected securely by Cardnet. We do not store your full card details.
PayPal: When choosing PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction. Your payment will be subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
Stripe: Payments processed through Stripe will be handled securely. Your card details may be collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your full card details.
3D Secure: All online payments are processed using 3D Secure authentication to verify your identity and protect against fraud. You may be redirected to your card issuer’s website to complete the 3D Secure verification process.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns:
Eligibility: We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all stickers, labels, and packaging intact.

Exchanges:
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items in their original, unused condition with all stickers, labels, and packaging intact. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item, but we will cover the shipping costs for the new item being sent out (for exchanges within the same price range).
