Its crystal-clear, filter-free lens offers an unobstructed view of the world, while the lightweight, aerospace-grade aluminum construction ensures both durability and precision. Weighing just 35.9g, it’s the smallest and lightest sight in its class.

With a 12-stage manual brightness adjustment, intelligent on/off functionality, and 6 switchable reticle options, the AMS-MR is designed for both versatility and ease of use in any environment. Built for the modern shooter, this sight also boasts exceptional battery life, submersible housing, and industry-first compatibility with our standard SHIELD footprint. Its origins are born from two of our existing products, both tested in the military and carrying NSN numbers after meeting DEFSTAN International requirements: SIS (NSN-1240-99-176-8362) and RMSw (NSN-1240-99-490-5863).

AMS Sight MR (Multi Reticle)

The patented design features include:

  • Mounts to SHIELD’s famous footprint.
  • Utilizes SHIELD’s patented mechanism, enabling co-witnessing with standard iron sights, considerably reducing training times and costs.
  • The mechanism uses no click adjustment, making it infinitely more accurate when zeroing.
  • Large, crystal-clear lens with no filters to disturb the image of the world through the sight.
  • Machined from aerospace-grade aluminium to extremely precise tolerances while maintaining an attractive, modern-looking optic.
  • Smallest and lightest in its class, weighing only 35.9g (battery excluded).
  • Intelligent on/off function, allowing the user to turn it back on at the previous setting.
  • 12-stage manual brightness adjustment, including 3 NVG settings.
  • SHIELD’s switchable interface LED, allowing the user to choose from 1 of 6 reticle options: (8MOA, 8MOA & 65MOA Ring, 8MOA Horseshoe, 8MOA Horseshoe and 65MOA Ring, 2MOA, 2MOA and 65MOA Ring).
  • 3-stage auto brightness adjustment, so it can always be on and ready.
  • 20,000 hours in average daylight with a CR2032.
  • Side access battery compartment with the option of a CR2025, CR2032, or CR2050 battery, offering the user a choice of better battery life or increased concealability.
  • Nitrogen-sealed housing, submersible to 30 feet for 30 minutes.
  • Industry-first mounting interface for fitting aftermarket accessories like a roll cage, torches, lasers, GoPro, protective lens covers, and more.
